I own a 1995 Volkswagon in which Aspen Auto clinic has been servicing since 2006. Not only do they perform great service but really stand behind their 36 month/36,000 mile repair warranty with no hassles, which is unheard of in today tough economy. In addition I recently experience a nagging mechanical problem that management step in to help resolved. Not only did the manager at the Tutt Shop keep me informed and updated during the process, but insured that I was completely satisfied with the repair results. This kind of customer service is what makes the difference for me, it is very refreshing to know Aspen Auto Clinic don't just talk the talk, but really do Walk the Walk!
