Friendly, Fast, and More Expensive!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was fst. We took our car that threw a bearing in the clutch to Aspen on a Friday morning as it was the closest mechanic we were familiar with to where the car started having issues. They diagnosed the issue and provided a quote. It was an expensive repair, but we needed it done and did not have a lot of time to shop around. I did end up calling two other mechanics, Subaru dealer was exact same price as Aspen, and HonestAccurate right next door was $450 less. I called Aspen to see if they would match the price, but they only dropped their price $150. Seems rediculous tha the dealer quote and Aspen price were the same. I thought dealers were always supposed to be more? I would probably use Aspen again for fast and friendly service, but I would shop around if you want a better price. A better price is probably right next door

I am also thankful we had the available resources for your circumstances (Loaner car on site so you would never be without transportation while your car was being repaired). There are times other facilities will be less expensive than Aspen. We like to pride ourselves as a “Dealership Alternative”.
