Nathan said overall it was a great experience. They are reasonably priced and they have really nice people working there. His vehicle is running great after the repairs. The only problem is that after the service his battery died.

"Good Service but....."
I like Auto Tech very much, they always get the job done correctly, even if a little more expensive. But, recently I went
in there with a check engine light on, telling them what the code was and they still charged me $90 to diagnose it. I believe if they diagnose something and you get the work done there, they should waive the diagnosis fee unless for extreme conditions....and at the very least waive part of it. This fact alone has me thinking about switching to someplace else.

"Car Battery/Running Rough Repair."
I was very satisfied with their promptness, getting things taken care of, and the overall cost. The only issue I had was that they decided not to put an insulating battery cover that was on the old battery back onto the new battery. I called and they had it, and offered to put it back onto the vehicle. Minor issue, but they should have put it back on the car or told us that they decided not to put it back on the car. Overall, we were taken care of very well.

I personally checked your repair order, also talked with both our Service Writers and found you came to us for one of our two-hour intense inspections, or sometimes referred to as a "Trip Inspection" the charge for that was/is $98.00. We found you needed only a couple of things, at your request we also checked your air conditioning, there was no additional charge for that service as per our "radio advertisement". Your total bill was $98.00. If there is any confusion on this, please call me directly @ 252-8785 and we can go over your repair oder together. I want to state clearly...our air conditining checks are free at this time, only charges for repair.
