The location and counter staff.
Great service. One suggestion: when vehicles are in for service the mechanic turns the headlights from automatic to the "off" position, which I understand. However, I am one that keeps my headlights on "auto" all the time. When I pick up my vehicle from service I don't notice that the mechanic shut my lights to the "off" position until passing vehicles warn me that my lights are off. Can Ford service departments have a tag of sorts that can be placed on the steering wheel that warns the owner that the lights were turned off...or a red stamp on the service sheet that indicates this? Just something to remind the owner that the lights are in the "off" position. Thanks.
