2014 Fusion SE
The staff was pleasant to work with. Spent about 2.5 hrs total before driving the car home. A few days later discovered the underbody panel (not the floor pan itself) is damaged. Took the car back and they are ordering a new one and will replace it when the part comes in. While I can't believe they didn't know about it and should have caught it during the Wisconsin required inspection they are making good on fixing it. The car drives well and is very comfortable. The only odd thing I noticed just today is it has 3 Michelin and 1 Continental tire. Probably didn't notice sooner because the tread pattern on both brands is virtually identical. So far I would have to say it was a mostly positive experience buying from Benna.
