I'd never bought a new car and always assumed working with a dealership would be an irritating, super-commercial, high-pressure experience. But the people at Bill Pierre have always been kind and helpful to me, both in sales and service, during the 2 years I've worked with them. I love the car wash and vacuum with service. They also gave me a ride to and from the mall while waiting for service. All good.
