Lars said he was absolutely satisfied with the quality of the repair service. Lars was kept informed during the repair process, but there was 1 inconsequential minor issue. A representative confused his vehicle with another customer's vehicle. However his vehicle was ready as promised, and when he did make a call regarding his vehicle, he ensured with the representative they were giving the correct vehicle information. 1 reason he continues to go back to the business for repair services, because the detail person performed an absolutely outstanding job cleaning his vehicle. The representatives performed a great job.
