Michael said the employees are always helpful, friendly and in a fantastic mood. Their prices are reasonable and they never try to scare him into using service or buying parts he does not need. He took his vehicle to Firestone for an alignment and they told him he was missing parts. He does his own repairs and when he checked, the parts were not missing. He went to another Firestone and they quoted him different prices then the first Firestone. This business is the only place he will take his vehicle from now on.

"Great service"
I cannot say enough about this business. Staff are friendly, knowledgable, and wuickly get the work completed. Some may think the cost is a little higher but they make sure your vehicle is appropriately assessed as well as orovide you with information about your vehicle.

They were working on my vehicle and the owner said he wanted to make sure I was driving a vehicle that was as safe as his wife would drive. Ever since then I have had my work complete at Bottomline. They are thorough, exlpains the issue, and gives me heads up if another issue arises. Great work, great staff, very friendly!
