Roxanne said she was disappointed with this business this time. They did a diagnostic on her vehicle and she found she could get the same repair work done for less than half the price elsewhere. She had the work done at Muffler Man.

"You always need to be upfront and honest with customer"
I don't like being sold things I dont need or being up graded without asking.

Don said although they do good work at this business, their prices are way too high. He went in because he needed a part put in to connect the brake lights. He told them he was unemployed and they still quoted him $330. They did end up dropping it down to $297, which is still outrageous. The part was only $70, which means he was charged over $200 for labor. He would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.
