Lack of understanding.
When I left the car for warrenty work Adam asked me two questions I found to be odd.
"Do you expect us to take the car to the dealer for you?"
And...
"Did you buy the car from Brazelton?"
Do strangers come by Brazelton and leave their cars?
Also, I will be returning the second time for the same problem. I clearly told Adam the Adaptive cruise control did not work.
He told the dealer the cruise control did not work. Dealer said it did work (it does).
I sure wish Adam had called and asked for a clarification.
