Ralph said he let this business know what he wanted to be done with his vehicle, but when he came back to the shop they were not finished. They seemed like they didn't know what they were supposed to do and as if they were confused. He had to wait an additional week for his vehicle due to confusion. He felt this was an inconvenience. When they finally finished his vehicle, they did a nice job.
