Thank you for the review. Volvo is not always a cheap brand to maintain. When it comes time to fix the HVAC issue we can look at the possibility of used parts to keep the price down!

When I received quote, I asked if a aftermarket would be cheaper. Answer was it was more expensive. When I got home the first place I try (Auto Zone) part was $100.00 cheaper! When you are on social security you have to watch $ I do not think this is the case here.

"Browncroft fun"
Of course it was expensive, what visit for auto repairs isn't. The difference at Browncroft was the level of customer service and the pleasant communication. The garage has such a great sense of history and community. I just had to take my repair needs there. I was very satisfied with the repair work and level of communication. Friendly group of professionals at Browncroft. It's great to deal directly with the person doing the work.
