I recently took my car for an oil change. I dropped it off early in the A M. I was told they would get to it soon and call and let me know when it was ready. At 2:30 I returned and asked if the car was done. They thought I had been called... I got an apology and a coupon for my next return visit. They were very sorry about me not receiving a phone call.
