Jessie was Fantastic. My Husband is Latino, he gets frustrated because he doesn't always understand everything. Jessie took care of explaining everything, which made my hubby comfortable and involved in the process. It took load off of me & I could focus on the things that were important to me. Jessie was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Everyone was extremally nice & helpful! The only thing that could have been improved was the length of the whole transaction. Deciding on what I wanted took only 30 mins. getting to the point of when we drove the vehicle home was several hours. It seemed like there was only 1 person handling the contract end of things and there were a lot of people all waiting to purchase their new vehicles. Thank you!

I like that they review everything but sometimes they appear to want the business rather than considering if the work really needs to be done.

Terry went to great lengths to regain my trust and business. Apparently full Synthetic was used, just coded wrong on invoice. Offered to pick up vehicle and change oil anyway. Regarding upselling: that was in regard to gear oil in both differentials. Was it really necessary? Still not sure 100% but Terry said he would add 1/2 amount $ credit to my account to regain trust. Thanks.

Always trusted service dept in the past. But last time... Upsold a bunch of stuff to wife by sneaky tactics. Also ALWAYS went with full synthetic oil and wife asked again for it. However they put in regular oil. Something has changed in their service dept.
