Easy and professional
I contacted the sales manager, Kevin Kuran, via email. I outlined my parameters (Costco price, etc.) and we met. We agreed on the price and the car I wanted immediately. Overall it was a very easy and professional deal.

Repair good. Front desk people marginal.
Receptionist did not make eye contact. Seemed bothered that I asked for changes, ie phone and address. Is customer service dead?

Great team
Great team - always great service when I drop my car off for service. The inside group - where you pay your bills. Those ladies could get some tips on how to be a little more customer service. Not everyone, but the woman who billed me out last time didn't even make eye contact. It's such a huge difference between the folks who check you in and those inside you bill you out.
