Janice said the business gave her an estimate, then when she left they called her and increased it. It was not a pleasant experience. They did do a good job on the work, but she would not recommend them for the reason mentioned.

When her vehicle was torn down for repairs we found the tabs on the right headlamp were broken, which could not be seen until teardown. She does not understand that an estimate is exactly that, all we can write on the original estimate is what we can actually see.
