Gena said overall the representatives performed a great job. The repair service was 2 days late. It was a little bit longer than expected. However it wasn't outstandingly late. The reason for the delay was due to discovering additional work needed during the alignment service. They kept her well informed, and overall she was pleased with her experience. She was absolutely satisfied with the staff. She would absolutely recommend the business for repair services. Gena stated she was in another accident, and she may bring her vehicle in for the repair service.

David said he felt the communication could have been a better as far the time it was going to be done. Better communication as far as being updated would have been nice as well. He chose not to go into details about why it was late or how much longer it took.

Spoke with Malcom. He said they gave a thorough quote, so everything was covered. His vehicle was brought in on budget and early. He would highly recommend this business. The personnel were professional.

Michelle said she appreciated and didn't expect them to do all the work they did, so what they did and how well they took care of her was outstanding. Her vehicle is in perfect condition and better than ever. This was her first accident and she said she didn't know about the estimate. They always called back, and the owner even called after hours to let her know what was going on with the vehicle. Michelle chose them because they were closest to home. She had called another facility, but when she called this business they just immediately took care of things and set up a rental. Michelle commented it was closest to her home but it was chosen kind of on a whim, but she's been so happy she went with them.

Gary said he is planning to send in a letter to this business about his experience. They have excellent service and the quality and workmanship of the repair is second to none. They have the most professional service he has ever found. He has been going there for 5 years and been referring people for the same amount of time. He took some extra cards from the business so he could give them out when referring them to others who need their vehicles repaired. He said he cannot say enough good things about this business, the service, the friendliness, and the quality of the work. Alicia at the front desk and Jeff were fantastic. He works at Lowe's and when the 246 employees who work there saw the repairs done to his vehicle they were impressed. He was originally recommended to this business by his friend Jerome and has been a repeat customer since then.

Beverly said they did not give her a promised time until the insurance company agreed to cover the damages. They then got the vehicle to her when she expected it. They kept her informed during the repairs and did a great job on her vehicle. She said she felt they went above and beyond on everything.
