Hugh said on the whole he had a good experience with this business. The customer service was wonderful and the staff was nice to work with. He felt good that they honored his request for them to use used parts. One of the parts was not up to the quality that he expected. The headlight they replaced did not match the existing one and was a bit dull.

Nathan said his overall experience with this business was fantastic. They called him up once a week to update him on the progress of his vehicle. He was satisfied with the quality of the body and paint work. Now, the vehicle looks brand new. The vehicle was very clean. They washed it and used paper mats on the driver's side so there were no oil prints on the carpet. The personnel were very helpful and polite. He is not familiar with the appearance of the place of business because he never went there. The vehicle was towed in, then his mother and wife picked up the vehicle.
