Bryce said he was pretty happy with this business. However, they had to change the completion date around a couple of time. When he got his vehicle back, he found that only the superficial items were clean. He found his seat and windows to be covered in dirt and dust.

Lee said he took the vehicle for them to inspect. They found the problem, and indicated he should go in at a certain time. They said that it was possible, they might need another part once the repairs began, and that it would take 2 to 3 days to come in, plus the additional day to actually repair it. It was 2 days into their work that they realized the part was needed. However, the part took longer than expected, and the total wait was 15 days. He understood that it was Christmas time, and that they were not at fault. The problem was that he was not given any indication that a delay, or problem could occur. Everything else was to his satisfaction. The staff there also made sure to call him a number of times, whenever there was a delay. He handled this as well as he could, but this does not change the fact that it took longer than originally indicated.

Jake said he is very pleased with the work, and they do an awesome job overall. His vehicle was returned to him a week prior to what was initially anticipated, and this was much appreciated. His vehicle had some dust in the trunk, when it was returned to him. He is very satisfied with the courtesy, and professionalism of the personnel, he dealt with.

I was impressed with the communication I received with out expecting it. I was expecting me to have to follow up with them and bug about my truck but they were on it. All the repairs were done right and look like brand new.

Spoke with Hanna. She said this business did an excellent job, for everything looked amazing. The vehicle looked better than when she first purchased it. However, she noted that the repair was delayed a couple of days because the vehicle was waiting in the muffler facility.
