Rachel said this business went above and beyond to make sure all of her service was done and finished well. They vacuumed her vehicle. Her vehicle was not ready when promised but she knew it was going to be later than they first expected. There was a parts delay and they told her as soon as they found out.

Richard said his overall experience was really good except for a couple of things. They did not put his tool box in the back and he had to go back to have that done. There was remodeling when he was there and the entrance through the repair work area was not very well marked. The follow-through was excellent and he knew exactly the whole step of the way what was going on with his vehicle.

"Not very satisfied"
Took longer than was quoted over a month. Parts put on were not the same as before. My expensive PIAA lights were replaced with oem headlights. and paint is not matched at all so bad I it is in Orem getting repainted as I type. Lehi I will never go back to you for repairs. whole front end needed replaced and when a part was popping less than a month after repair I went back and they said it was not there problem (how i do not know why it is not there problem they replaced the whole front end) costed me 400 bucks extra. The tire they replaced was not even the same tire i had on now i have 3 tires with same tred and one with completely different tred. Still have a sound in front end that they never look at. Paint Sucks they must have had a blind person try and match the paint its a 2011 grey ram and it looks like crap. DONT GO TO CASCADE. Wish i could take away the one star i gave it

Andrew said the business was quick. The repairs were completed earlier than anticipated and they did a great job. They did not have enough time to clean the vehicle so they promised a free detailing service on a future visit. He would recommend the business to anyone.

The work took an additional three days because someone scuffed up the paint job. He has spoken with the owner of this business, Brian, as well as the insurance company.

Gary said the service was good but it took longer than expected because the technician lost the keys to his vehicle. It took an additional week due to the fact they had to have keys made. He was disappointed because they did not clean his vehicle. He was told since they did not do any interior work, which is why they did not clean the inside.

Seth said they were really helpful. They got the job done quickly and they explained everything. There was one thing that threw him off but was no big deal. One of the headlights had to be replaced and the stock ones were black and they put in white. So now it is asymmetrical.
