Janet said there were a few snags at this facility that made it longer than it should have been. It was delayed because someone put plastic on the fresh paint job and messed it up. It had to be completely redone.

Lloyd said when he went in to pick up his vehicle, the paint job was not very even and there were still a few dings. He left the vehicle there an extra 3 or 4 days so they could get the dings out and the paint done better. The second time, they ended up doing an excellent job. The vehicle was ready about a week later than the original promised date. He was completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of Aaron, the manager. When he complained about the condition of the vehicle, Aaron looked at it and said the work was not acceptable but they would take care of it. His courtesy and professionalism more than made up for the lack of professionalism by the finish department guys, who apparently were in a hurry.

Erin said her experience with this business was great. She would have liked to receive notifications. In the past they have updated her through text and phone calls. During this visit she had to do all of the work for updates. The delivery vehicle for the parts broke down so the vehicle was delayed a day.

Heather said the communication was not great because she had to be the one to contact them, even though they told her they would contact her. When she picked her vehicle up, not everything was done. A sensor broke while they were fixing her vehicle, so she will be taking her vehicle back to them when the new part comes in.

Jennifer said the prices at this business were a little higher than she would have liked, but other than that her experience was fine. There was no repair and she just had her mirror painted but it was fine. They did not give her a promise of time. They got it back in a timely manner. Her vehicle did not stay with them long enough to require being returned clean. She thinks she heard about this facility form a parts store. She had a great experience with this business and everything was great overall.

Spoke with Holly's husband. He said there were a few things this business missed. He had to take his vehicle back to get the work redone. They made the bed liner too thick and it caused the tailgate to not close properly. They also forgot to install the gas light for the fuel gauge. Other than that, they did a good job. They were about a half hour late returning his vehicle to him. He lives an hour and a half away and had an appointment to pick his vehicle up. He thinks the delay was because they scheduled to have too many vehicles picked up at once. They were tying to clean them all before returning them to their owners.
