Andrew said there was a conflict with the communication and scheduling. The vehicle was delayed a day because of blemishes in the paint work. He received estimates from other facilities and this business had the highest.

Spoke with Ryan. He said his experience with this business mostly went well, but the employees did not communicate what was going on with his vehicle well or when it would be done. He pretty much always had to call them because they were not really calling him. The customer service they provided was good, but he was never given a promise date of when the vehicle would be done. He would not recommend them because their communication was not great. He found them online through Google.

Scott said he was supposed to have received his vehicle Thursday after a minor repair but it was not ready until the following Monday, so he was without a vehicle all weekend. Apparently the required part was shipped to the wrong facility which caused the delay. There was no paint work performed.

Shanna said she traded this vehicle in after the work was done. The vehicle was a week late because of parts and damaged parts. When the vehicle was dropped off at the business, none of the dash lights were on. When she picked it up, several lights were on. She could not get a satisfactory answer from this business as to what was wrong. They denied any involvement with the vehicles' lights being on so she took the vehicle and traded it. She would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.

Chris said it took way too long. Some of the parts were not assembled correctly and she had to go back. She does not know if there was an actual promised time, but she was without her vehicle for two weeks. They should have had the parts readily available because twice the parts that were ordered were damaged. The staff is really great and they are the reason she keeps going back.

Kenneth said that there was pieces of glass and dust inside the vehicle that he had to clean out. On the side of the vehicle where the body work done, there was glue on top of the paint. There was damage to the clips on the beam where the molding goes on the window. He said there was also cloth from a glove in the window from the glue. He will not recommend them for the reasons stated.

Spoke with Jennifer. She said this business was not very good at communicating the progress of repairs with her. She expected her vehicle to be gone for a few weeks but it took a month to get it back. She did not know the reason for the delay.

Paige said when she first went in to get an estimate the representative that took care of her made promises that he did not keep. The estimate had repairs that were not done and she did not want to leave her vehicle with them again because she needed it. She would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.

Payden stated that the business did a good job. However, they told him that his appointment was on the 9th and it was really on the 6th. Therefore, he had to rearrange his schedule to get the vehicle there on the 6th.

Shawn said that he has a broken blinker bulb on the left side, where the vehicle was worked on. He added that the bolts that hold the gas caps in were sticking out at least an inch and a half. Luckily he had the tool he needed to fix the issue. He said he appreciates his vehicle being ready a day early, but it would have been helpful if they went over the work before giving the vehicle back.
