Jennifer said the prices at this business were a little higher than she would have liked, but other than that her experience was fine. There was no repair and she just had her mirror painted but it was fine. They did not give her a promise of time. They got it back in a timely manner. Her vehicle did not stay with them long enough to require being returned clean. She thinks she heard about this facility form a parts store. She had a great experience with this business and everything was great overall.

John said the vehicle looks great. There was a pre-existing dent that found its way into the initial estimate and it was going to be fixed but then the estimate got bigger.

Spoke with Holly's husband. He said there were a few things this business missed. He had to take his vehicle back to get the work redone. They made the bed liner too thick and it caused the tailgate to not close properly. They also forgot to install the gas light for the fuel gauge. Other than that, they did a good job. They were about a half hour late returning his vehicle to him. He lives an hour and a half away and had an appointment to pick his vehicle up. He thinks the delay was because they scheduled to have too many vehicles picked up at once. They were tying to clean them all before returning them to their owners.

Natasha said there was no follow up when it was supposed to happen. She was supposed to get a call from the estimator before he went on vacation and did not get the call. She had questions before the work started and was supposed to have received a call.

Jacob said this business has always taken care of him. He has been to them more than once and he has always been impressed with the service work he has received from them. His vehicle was ready ahead of time. They respected his personal items by putting them into a pile. They probably would have cleaned his vehicle better if he did not have so many things in his vehicle, but they did respect his items. He was absolutely satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism.

Niki said the staff at this business are very on time. They kept her informed and they're very on top of things. She said she is very happy with the service that was provided by everyone who worked with her. Tucker said the service at this business was very good and the staff was very nice. He noticed the paint job they performed has a different texture then the rest of his vehicle. He can see his reflection in the paint where they did not paint. If he tries the same thing where they painted, it is faded and foggy.
