Malcolm said this business was excellent. They provided great customer service, and they kept him informed. They informed him of their progress, when it was finished, and about any potential delays. Their repair was delayed 3 days because they were waiting on a part. However, it was not a big deal. He was really happy with them because they did a quality job.

Spoke with Michael. He said the staff at this business kept in good contact, they scheduled him right in for an appointment, and they kept him informed throughout the entire repair process. He stated the work they performed looks very good.

Spoke with Ryan. He said his experience with this business mostly went well, but the employees did not communicate what was going on with his vehicle well or when it would be done. He pretty much always had to call them because they were not really calling him. The customer service they provided was good, but he was never given a promise date of when the vehicle would be done. He would not recommend them because their communication was not great. He found them online through Google.

Bryce said he was pretty happy with this business. However, they had to change the completion date around a couple of time. When he got his vehicle back, he found that only the superficial items were clean. He found his seat and windows to be covered in dirt and dust.

Lee said he took the vehicle for them to inspect. They found the problem, and indicated he should go in at a certain time. They said that it was possible, they might need another part once the repairs began, and that it would take 2 to 3 days to come in, plus the additional day to actually repair it. It was 2 days into their work that they realized the part was needed. However, the part took longer than expected, and the total wait was 15 days. He understood that it was Christmas time, and that they were not at fault. The problem was that he was not given any indication that a delay, or problem could occur. Everything else was to his satisfaction. The staff there also made sure to call him a number of times, whenever there was a delay. He handled this as well as he could, but this does not change the fact that it took longer than originally indicated.
