Kimberly said this business never got back to her about the status of her vehicle. She took her vehicle to them and never heard back from them. She had to be the one to contact them to see how things were going. Her vehicle was delayed by three days but she was not given a reason for the delay.

Conner said there was a miscommunication about the price but the business does excellent work. They even vacuumed his vehicle. They kept his vehicle longer than expected because after the work was completed, they felt they could do a better job on the paint work. He learned about the facility after doing a Google search.

Camilla said her experience was excellent. Her vehicle was ready the day after they promised. She was impressed that they vacuumed her vehicle. They exceeded her expectations. The reason she needed work was the result of poor quality work at a different facility. She took her vehicle to four different businesses before deciding to use this business. The business gave the lowest estimate and her vehicle was taken care of. They provided excellent customer service and she could not be happier with the results.
