Karalie said this business tore her leather seat and they are only offering to pay half the cost to repair it. They also broke the framing to her window and they have not repaired that. Her vehicle was delayed by a few extra days and she is unsure of the reason behind it. She will not recommend this business to others for reasons already stated.

Lydia chose not to evaluate the quality of the body work. She said this business did a good job with repairing the exterior of her vehicle. However, the dust cover became very loose near the bottom. Also her vehicle is continuing to vibrate and make noises when she's driving. Overall she said the work they did looks good, although, they did not meet her full expectations. She does not plan to take her vehicle back due to her busy work schedule, as their hours of operation do not suit her schedule.
