Kenneth said they charged him $100 for two hours of work while the mechanic alternated between his vehicle and another one, instead of focusing on his for the entire billed hour. He said they did a smoke test and claimed that it took an entire hour. They could not find the source of the problem so they could not resolve the issue. He said he uses his cruise control every single day, but it stopped working two miles down the highway. He pulled over and noticed that the connector had been cut to do the smoke test and not replaced, so he went back to the facility and the manager tried to blame the malfunction on another area of the vehicle. He said it really ticked him off. The manager did not want to bug his swamped mechanic to come fix the problem, but he did so in the end. The mechanic replaced the hose and the cruise control was fixed immediately. They did not really do anything, but they still took his $200. He said the owner is a salesperson who knows the lingo and he is not a happy camper. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for your review of your experience at our company. I am sorry you do not feel you recieved any value in the service for the money you paid on your visit. We did spend the time that you were charged for on your vehicle. We actually spent extra time checking the chewed up wires under the hood of your vehicle. We diagnosed the four computer codes that we scanned for. We performed the evaporative emissions (smoke) test. You stated that we were unable to tell you what was wrong with your truck. That is not true. We told you you needed an egr valve, map sensor and tps sensor. We also told you that you may have other issue because of the rodent damage to the wiring under the hood. All of that information is printed on your receipt. Please call or come by and I will be happy to go over that information with you.
