Mark said when he first went into this business he saw a rate scale of services and prices and noticed that a diagnostic exam would be $44.50 and up. His charge was $90.00 and he was told the problem was the alternator, so he replaced that himself and he still had the problem. He went back to the business and told them about that and he was told to bring the vehicle back and they would get to the bottom of his problem for no charge and he was very pleased.
