Pretty straight forward dickering without too much gaming
BobC was very good to work with. He's a vet and honest in his approach. We both used the normal negotiation process and I felt it was respectful and ended up with a win-win. I don't like the "manager in the back" technique, but I think that is unavoidable with any dealer. They let me take the classic car I was considering buying to an independent expert for a survey and it worked out very well. I ended up buying based on a good result and getting to the price I thought was fair.
