not very helpful
When I picked up my car they had no idea where it was I had to walk around the lot to find it. And my car had greasey hand prints that they did not clean and my car was there for hours.

Michele, Thank you for taking the time to write this review.  We realize that our parking lot is our number one concern, and a constant thorn in our side.  We have a porter who brings cars around during pick-up to aid in navigating our lot.  Unfortunately he is not available 100% of the time, and we are diligent in helping our customers find their vehicles if he is not available.  We are always searching for solutions to our space concerns, and will continue to make every effort to aid our customers with easy entry and exit to our facility.  We apologize for the inconvenience that our facility causes you and our other clients.  I also apologize for any dirt left behind by our technicians.  I have noted your acount to perform a courtesy cleaning for you at your next visit.  It is always our policy to have the technician inspect and wipe down a vehicle if he inadvertently left behind any marks, and we have brought your concerns to the attention of all of our technicians in an effort to make sure that this policy is strictly adherred to.  We hope that at your next visit you will see our efforts in action!  We appreciate your business!
