Oil change mishap
I recently took my vehicle in to gave some work done from an incident. I had the service department complete a oil change when the work was done. A day after I picked the vehicle up my husband and I realized they had not tightened the oil drain plug up. Thankfully my husband knew how to tighten it and I did not suffer major engine damage. When I notified the dealer they advised that they would let the guys know.
