Customer's vehicle came in with a service engine soon light on, Computer system was checked for codes. He found a transmission solenoid fault code. We checked all external wiring and controls, all were good. Customer was called to inform him that we will have to go into the transmission to trace problem down. He declined to have us go any further. He was charged for the diagnostics that we did.
