"not our best service experience"
I trust Dave and Don with our cars. However It took 2 visits to fix our Jeep, and it should not have. After the first visit the darn Jeep died in front of a Circle K late at night, not a good thing. We felt we were not listened to when we brought the Jeep in, we had a very accurate idea of the problem which was basicly ignored, and the thing had to die and leave a single woman stranded late at night before the problem was acknowledged and repaired. this was not a typical event with D&D for us, but very disappointing.

I'm sorry this customer feels this way, vehicle came in the first time complaining about lights flickering at idle. When tested the alternator tested fine. We try not to just replace parts without proper cause. I know her daughter has a breakdown which is very unfortunate. We strive to repair vehicles in the most accurate and cost effective way possible. Do we ever make mistakes, yes we do. All we can do is try as hard as we can to the very best for our customers.
