Richard said he had a good experience. Everything was good. The staff was really nice and the manager was nice and helpful. He didn't have any trouble getting in because they were able to accommodate him, but he did not know that he would be charged for facility supplies such as towels and gloves even though he brought his own. He suggests that they put on their website that customers will be charged for facility supplies. The hydraulic cutting device was terribly loud and it was inconvenient for them to call someone to raise and lower the lift.

We are glad you had a positive experience at the shop. We supply ear plugs as well in case there is anything loud going on in the bay. Please ask at the counter if this occurs again. Many people don't have incidentals that are needed so we supply them.
