Very Disapointed!
I worked with William Love to purchase a 2011 Subaru Legacy. This was the first car I've purchased on my own and was nervous about the process. I told William I was buying this car so that I would have a safe car to transport my three month old daughter in. I was assured that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that a larger car dealership like Dougs Mazda are held to higher standards then the little guys. They have to pass a 100 point inspection I was told. Two days after purchasing my car it died after hard breaking at a red light. I could have easily been rear ended or worse with my daughter in the car! After taking the car in to see what the problem was I'm told it needs a new transmission that costs half of what I paid for the car. More then the cost of the repair I'm disgusted to think o would be sold a car that would endanger my family. Please avoid this dealership at all costs.
