"Great Customer Service!"
Mice Nibbles! Seriously?! They replaced some fuel injector connectors after some mice with the munchies chewed on them when we left the car parked outside for a few days. It seems certain year and models of some older GM cars used a coating on some parts that mice find delicious!!

"Always reliable and honest."
The test drive to evaluate brakes was a bit of a surprise. I just wanted to know how much was left before I needed to replace them. Wasn't expecting that much of a price tag. Guess I need to communicate more clearly.

Mr. Haake,
Thank you for your response.  We did perform a full brake inspection. Removed all tires, microed disc rotors and estimated thickness of all pads.  Found slight warpage in all rotors, customer declined. Sorry for your disapointment.

"I have always love the friendly service. When you call for a specific service problem, they will give you an upfront estimate that. is usually 90% on the numbers all the time."

Tracy was hella cool. We had a good conversation the whole time I waited and she made me feel welcomed. A real sweet one she is. Ron got me situated and addressed every concern I had. Real easy going, cool mellow fellow. I would advise anybody to go here for auto repairs. They are top notch business with out a doubt.
