I am who is the Genesis GV80 owner and this shop's customer. My car has been at the shop to be repaired for two months but is still under big problem.
The car hasn’t being fixed due to missing part and delivery has being taken very long time. It is not their fault, however I am very disappointed and upset to the shop. Today I visited body shop manager but I couldn’t meet. I paid $5,300 to the shop through insurance company but very disappointed to the response. I have many pictures as evidences.

1. Bad communication. Recently I visited your shop three times for 6 hours driving and met staff to know how is progress on. I haven’t got any feedback from staff and had to visit your shop today although I left many calls, voice message and email. The staff just said he haven’t had any call from me.
the staff said the car was almost ready to pick up but there is still missing part. This kind of bad communication makes me very confused and disappointed. Communication is very bad.
2. The car battery has been discharged fully. I checked it today by myself at the shop and I already notified to staff two weeks ago by visiting the shop.
3. I don’t understand why some parts which is not related of the collision are required to replace?
4. The parts which are dirt was put inside of car so made the car very dirty.
5. The door guard was detached and I found in the car
