Just o.k.
I visited the service station because there was a message that the car's coolant was low. They did what I asked and checked the coolant, which wasn't low. The next day when I took the car to where I normally have it serviced, they said it was a good thing I brought it in because it was 3.5 quarts low on oil. I didn't ask Franklin to check the oil, but I didn't ask the other service station either.

I'm very sorry for the problem.We do have a procedure in place to check all the fluids when a car comes in for any service.
I apoligize that yours were overlooked.I will look into this so that it doesn't happen again to anyone else.
