Cindy said she was told she needed a new timing belt and that it would be necessary to prevent any future problems. She checked elsewhere and found that she doesn't need a timing belt, she doesn't even have one. This is the first year they didn't put in a timing belt. She was not given the correct information. She said she doesn't know if she can trust them anymore. She said she felt she was pressured into getting a timing belt and this is the first time this has ever happened. She will go back, but she's going to get a referral on future work. Her vehicle was delayed overnight because they were waiting on a part.

Bri said her boyfriend's prescription glasses were lost in the rental vehicle and when she turned in the vehicle the girl was not very helpful about helping her look for them. When the vehicle was left for repairs she was told the repair could take a day longer than planned, which it did. They did not give her a reason for the delay.

Derek said the service was done before the estimated time.

Fawn said they were able to fix her vehicle.

Gary said this business knew what they were doing.
