Frank said everything went fine.

Frank said that his service went fine. His vehicle was delayed from a Friday until Tuesday because the part they had was defective and they had to order another part. He thought that this business was just replacing the clutch for the AC but when he looked at the vehicle he noticed that they also installed a compressor. He was a little confused about that because they never mentioned that they were going to install a compressor. Due to this reason he wasn't completely satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor.

Jake said they did a wonderful job.

Frank said everything he asked of the business was done plus more, and he will be back over there when he needs to service his vehicle.

Thomas said the business is overall a good place to take vehicles. The business is the top of the line. Dane informs what work is getting done, and when it will be ready.

Tom said this business spotted things that were damaged on his vehicle when he purchased it. He likes that they were thorough enough to recognize things that he forgot about. They were nice to him and very knowledgeable. They called him back when normally he has to call other places back when he is having service done. They will sit on the phone with customers when there are questions and actually talk to their customers. The service was completed sooner than he expected and they even washed his vehicle. He thought they were cool at this business. The service was smooth with no hang ups. They didn't act like they were trying to get him off the phone. The cost may be high but they are thorough and good at what they do.
