Michael said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because his air conditioning went out again. He rated his overall experience with the business a 4 instead of a 5 because nobody is perfect. He chose not to evaluate whether he was completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his vehicle because he is not sure if the problem with his air conditioner is pre-existing or a new problem. He is moving out of the area to Glendale as of tomorrow and will no longer be using this business for service because they are too far away.
