Tracey said she loves this business, and she's been going there forever. They have excellent customer service, but she had to bring her vehicle in 3 times for the same stalling problem. The first 2 times she brought her vehicle in, they fixed it, but the stalling persisted. On her third service visit, which was her most recent, her vehicle was fixed correctly. Tracey spent $2,000 on her 3 service visits, but the above issues were honest mistakes.

Peggy said this business did a good job but charged her $39 more than the original quote she was given. They told her there was some other work they did and she was not pleased they did not ask first. They assumed since it was a small amount of money it would not be an issue.
