Everyone I spoke with was super nice and friendly. I went in for my 1st oil change and a tire rotation. I had an 11am appointment which I made over the phone with the 1-877 answering service. She took all my info, scheduled the appointment but when I got there they had to start all over collecting my info so it took awhile to get checked in. I felt like making an appointment slowed me down...folks that just walked in after me were in and out way before I was. I was there over 2 hours which didn't make me happy but again the staff was great.
