Bruce said they did not call him back and keep him informed on the status of his vehicle. The repair took too long. He has gone there for 20 years and the new personnel are not as nice.

Bruce, first and foremost I would like to apologize for your unpleasent experience at Hamby's Automotive. We value all our customers, especially our long time customers. The repair did take ten business days to complete, which is not a typical length of time for a repair. We had trouble locating and receiving parts (engine computer) for your 1994 F350. As for the new personnel, if you could please let Clendon or myself know who was unkind to you so we can address the issue. We look foward to changing your opinion in the future when automotive needs arise for your vechiles. Thanks you for years of business. Adam Hamby
