my drivers mirror was damaged. I was told if they put a new mirror on that it would be black as they don’t do paint
I was offered the option of a used mirror which was not a problem, and it’s paint would match my car. They ordered the wrong mirror. after bolting it on they realized that the plug did not match with my car. This meant the mirror cannot be adjusted from the inside like the other side. Instead of ordering a new/correct mirror they actually said “how often do you adjust the mirror or seat anyway?” They refused to take responsibility for this error, never refunded any $ and actually hung up on me! worst customer service ever! I was charged full price for a half ass job! Ill never do business with them again
