Jonathan said he has an older vehicle and original parts are hard to find. Because of this, the business was having a hard time finding the parts needed for the repair. They would complete the repairs, something would go wrong, and he would back needing a new transmission. They received a total of three defective transmissions before they got a good one, which left him without a vehicle for a long period of time. They have very personalized service and they are fantastic.
