Ronald said he didn't rate the way he was treated by the business higher, because there was some money and some unspecified items stolen out of his vehicle. He doesn't fault the business 100 percent, however, it happened while his vehicle was in the business's possession. He did make the business aware of this issue and it has been resolved. His vehicle was ready 2 weeks past the time it was promised, because they found additional damage and due to a delay with the insurance company.
