Bill stated that the business never promised him a date or time that the repairs would be completed. He expressed his frustration with the business taking five weeks repair a rocker panel and a few scratches on the bumper. He tried to reach the technician several times regarding the vehicle but was never able to reach him nor did he receive any return calls. He was told that he would have better luck reaching the technician if he emailed him. He said that he wanted to be able to talk to someone in person. He would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated.
