Spoke with Ms. Eugene M. She said she was very pleased with the person who worked on her vehicle and will only do business with them because of that particular person. She was not satisfied with the receptionist because she talked to the person who repaired her vehicle like he was 2 years old. She also wanted to order parts for her vehicle but the receptionist would not order it for her until she brought in a check. She went 20 to 30 miles out of her way to bring over a check.
