Susan said the vehicle was late because they had to wait for an insurance adjuster. It was supposed to be ready on Friday, but she was not able to get it until the Monday after the weekend. She was going to have additional work done, but it was not done because she did not emphasise it a second time when she dropped off the vehicle. She said if a customer is going to have additional work done they should be told to emphasise it a second and third time to be sure it gets done.
