Sandra said a 4 rating because when she came to pick up her vehicle, apiece was sticking out of a door. The piece needed to be ordered. Overall, she would prefer to have it done right the first time. Also, some grease marks were found on a door, ceiling and the interior of her vehicle. It ended up being about 3 or 4 days longer to get her vehicle back due to a part which was needed to be ordered. The reason she decided to have auto body work done at this business is because it's affiliated with Toyota.
