Anu said she was very disappointed with this business due to poor follow-up and feedback. They were very much inconvenienced since the vehicle was not ready for 2 weeks, instead of 1 week as promised. She was not sure why since there was poor communication. Anu would not comment on the quality of repair since her husband is out of the country and did not have a chance to inspect it. She does not think that they will go back to this facility again, due to their bad experience.
